- How does self check-in work?
Check-in is completely digital: you will receive an access code via WhatsApp on the morning of your arrival. Once you arrive at the property, you can use the kiosk to search for your booking and complete the check-in procedure yourself.
- What time can I check in?
From 2 p.m. If you arrive earlier, you can request luggage storage.
- What time do I have to leave the room?
Check-out is by 10:00. Late check-out is available upon request, subject to availability.
- Can I arrive late at night?
Yes, self check-in allows you to arrive at any time.
- What happens if I can't check in at the kiosk?
No problem: you can contact us via WhatsApp and we will assist you immediately.
